Bad news...
Roy Michael "Mike" McReynolds, son of Burma Banshee Lt. Raymond B. Mc Reynolds, suddenly passed away on Oct.5.
We had been exchanging some infos about his father in the past months. His father's P-40N was #51, according to at least one report.
He flew P-40N 42-105961 on Feb. 21, and 42-104583 on the Mar.27, 1944 mission; then shared P-40N 42-104592 with Bob Bell. His P-40 was named "June" after his wife (LaJune).

Majeur
An interesting "extended mid-finger" design can be seen on some 88thFS P-40s.
Another example on this 88thFS P-40N line-up, in this case, on P-40N #27.

Angel Wings #1: "Burma Banshees" by Romain Hugault
Somptueux.
An US or english edition is scheduled, once the 3 first volumes have been published. Patience...
